Temperament testing

When I first became a dog breeder, I carefully tested the temperaments of every dog. Indeed I carefully studied all their milestones, trying to understand the different personalities they had. When following up on these dogs as they grow up - I really started to notice that they were adopting the personalities of their host families. What I had noticed as a puppy seemed to be having no bearing on how they were. Then I read this article - that really explained. Why.
The core thesis is that temperament testing is not validated and it is too dependent on the tester. It's a great read full of source documents. What do you think? https://www.midwoofery.com/post/is-temperament-testing-really-worth-the-effort
